What they are after is also known as a Notice of Release. In the past your policy has been assigned to a lender to secure your mortgage. Phoenix now require confirmation that this lender no longer has any interest in the policy.0

Its also known as a Letter of no Further Interest from the lender that the policy was assigned to. If you don't have that from your mortgage lender and your mortgage is paid off than just call them and one will be sent to you or Phoenix. If you still have a mortgage and are using this policy to pay some or all of it off than its a slightly different procedure that I'm sure your lender will talk you through

on the bottom of the letter
says that all moneys intend has been recived and hereby re asign the writen mentioned policy nos

Sound like the right kind of letter. Might be worth checking with phoenix as I'm sure you don't want any delays getting your matured funds in june
