[help/advice neeeded] 3 DEFAULTS

Hi, first post and not sure if it's in the correct place but here goes.
I have 3 defaults on my credit and would like some advice about them...
Default 1
Firstly, i have one from Arrow Global Limited who i called the other month and asked how much they would take. They said the account is no longer chasing money and at the end of the day, its gunna come off in 2013 anyways however, i got this account when i was 16, i put my d.o.b as though i was 18 and they gave me a mobile phone contract which i never paid.
The balance of this one has gone up to £503, although with it coming off next year im not too bothered about it. Just wondered if there is anything i can do with this one as incorrect details and i wasnt old enough, so it was in a way their fault??
Account Type: Communications
Started: 15/08/2006
Current Balance: £503
Default Date: 18/09/2007
Default Balance: £503
No worries if not.
Default 2
My next default, was from Vodafone. The account was again a mobile phone who i stupidly got for a friend who never paid. The account defaulted on £131 and it was left at that. It defaulted in 2010 so its now over 2 years old, but wont come off until 2016 iirc?
With this one, is it worth paying the £131 and it becoming a 'satisfied' default or is that just as bad??
Ive read about and supposedly it is extremely difficult to get a Vodafone default removed?

Default 3 - Main one
Now my final default is the main one which i need some help with. I again, got a phone for a friend (the same friend infact) who again, didnt pay. The default defaulted in 2010 like the Vodafone one however it was for £134 with 3. I called 3 mid 2011 and asked them if i pay it - will it be removed, they said they will do that and i asked for a letter for proof and they DID send me one - however i cant for the life of me find it, but im guessing it is still on file somewhere?
Anyway, i never paid the £134 when i got the funds to as i couldnt find the letter so i completely blanked it out of my mind.
The default was magically taken off my account end of 2011/start of 2012 and i was chuffed as to the fact it had gone when i still owed them money.
In the last few weeks the default re-appeared under a new name 'Lowell Portfolio LTD' which was for the same balance of £134. I did not receive any letters or anything as to the 'threat' that a default was going to be entered on to my account. Can they do this and just re-add an old default under a new name??
Today i logged on to check my credit and the balance has miraculously gone from £134 to £505. I called them to question this and they said that the cancellation charge for the mobile contract was £371 and it has been added to it.
This was NEVER to my knowledge and three didnt mention anything of the sort when i called them mid 2011.

Default Date: 02/03/2010

So what is my status with this default? Do i have any ground to stand on?
Thank you in advance,
Mikey

Personally I wouldn't even go there .... yes, it could be said that they were partly to blame by not checking your details but you acted dishonestly by putting in a dob which you knew was incorrect as you knew it was the only way you'd be accepted. With this one, is it worth paying the £131 and it becoming a 'satisfied' default or is that just as bad??
Having a satisfied default is much better than an unsatisfied one - as it will be there for a long yet, if it was me, I'd pay it.
Not sure why it should be just Vodaphone whose defaults are hard to remove - basically it is practically impossible to get any default removed unless you can prove it was issued in error (which is rarely the case)Today i logged on to check my credit and the balance has miraculously gone from £134 to £505. I called them to question this and they said that the cancellation charge for the mobile contract was £371 and it has been added to it.
Not too sure about this one and someone more knowledgeable should hopefully be around soon.
It would appear the debt has been sold on ...Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 -
default 1 --yes but a cifas flag may be raised for fraud
default 2 -- pay it a satisifed default looks better
deafult 3-- you failed to keep to the arrangement, and to your contract so it is valid and when an account is sold it does come off and reload under the new owners.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
