Well done losing all that in 3 weeks RatGirl - keep at it. It took me 2 years to lose 2 stones and 2 years to put half of it back on so here I go again!
I do lots of walking and have upped that to try and get it back off. DH is dragging me out after dinner every night to walk a few miles so will see if that works. Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media
