IVA Failed - Now concidering BR?

My IVA has failed and im in a mess with payday loans. Im trying to work out what would be my best option.

BR? I dont own a property or a car or anything of any major value. I will live with my parents paying them rent.

They cant claim the house right as even though i have lived here all my life i have never owned it?

I think an appointment with the cccs maybe my best option but i wanted to check about the house first.

My parents are getting on a little, if they pass away and i get the property how many years after BR can they claim it back? I dont want to be left homeless.

Any help would be great

Thanks

If you inherit the house before discharge - usually one year from date of bankruptcy - the official receiver will probably want it sold to pay your debts.

If you inherit after discharge then no one can force you to sell it.
