the process of claiming back ppi.....

can someone please tell me how to go about claiming my ppi back.. what are the steps to take.. my loan was an online application so no one really forced it upon me, is there anyway of getting out of it...my loan was with liverpool viictoria for £5000 and my repayments are £168.28 per month of which i have paid 25 out of 36..thank john

    you can't claim anything back as you selected it

    you may be able to cancel going forward, but it may require a new loan agreement
