veet for men not suitable for ear

I've got the annoying problem of having hair in my earlobe and the the edges of my ear.
I just got veet delivered from amazon (amazing how after delivery [which is free] it's cheaper than supermarket). Amazing world we live in.
Anyway, I got the hair off my ear, Previously I did a poor job of it using ear and nose trimmers.
Even though I got the hair off fine, I read on the tube that it's only suitable for chest, arms, legs back and not suitable for face, pubes etc.
Anyone know why that is? I was careful about getting it down my ear canal so I wore swimming earplugs while doing it, and it's copme out looking very nice and smooth, although it does feel quite "heated" at the moment, which I'm sure will cool down over time.

I think it's not suitable for use on facial or pubic hair because the skin in those areas is more sensitive and the chemicals could irritate it, which might be why your ear is feeling heated.0

hmmm.. I was wondering whether it might be because there's a high chance of irritation or even injury/markings from it. In some cases, so they're removing any liabilities by stating that NOBODY should use it in those areas.
Unfortuinately the alternative is actually using a fireball to burn the ear hair off.. as demonstrated on the video below, so I'll stick to veet.

I'd watch on sensitive areas as can burn. I speak from experience (not my ears!).
:D
Saying that I do use, and is fine generally. The women's version.Oh well...

There are special facial hair removal creams which may be more suitable for your ears. Veet do one. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0

i didnt know that, in the spirit of this board (monesavign) the normal skin one is working fine on my ears so I'll keep it until it finishes and then buy the ear one.0 -
