100% mortgage?

As others have said this type of product is very rare now, thankfully so as it is what has added to the financial problems this country is in.
The other problem with a 100% mortgage would be the interest rate for it, those that offer it would charge a far higher rate and you could end up paying well over the odds for the house of your dreams.
After selling my house last year, we rented for 11months and have just moved into the ideal home for us, we have a 60% LTV mortgage and I know we paid 10,000 over the rateable value of the house, but this was a 1 off opportunity and I intend this home to be my "Box Home"So I do know what it feel like when you find your ideal home.
If you and your partner have been with the same bank for years and have a good credit rating with them it may be worth talking to them as they may offer some incentives for existing customers, but as others have said is a 100% wise in a still declining market.I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0
