FYI - Booked a photobooth through myphotobooth.co.uk (also known as Voodoo Red Media Ltd - contact is Jamie O'Rourke). They turned up quite late, and because it takes time to set up, they delayed the start of the event, which is unacceptable. Other than that, the product was good.

In the interest of fairness I think it is important to point out that, while we did indeed arrive later than we had expected due to unforeseen traffic problems, we did arrive before the event started. I must make it clear that it was your decision to post-pone the start of the event during the final stages of setup and certainly not a requirement on our part.

Doing everything possible we managed to get setup and ready to go, albeit 10 minutes later than we had agreed to start.

I think it is also important to note that we offered a substantial discount upon booking, provided the full service and added a further 30 minutes past the agree up on booking time to compensate you for the lost 10 minutes at the start. All in all, we provided 1 hour 20 minutes of additional service at no extra cost.

Whilst we don't make a habit of arriving late to setup for events, I'm sure you will agree that traffic problems are beyond our control and that you received a fair and professional service throughout.

I am happy to report that your guests had a fantastic time and had nothing but good things to say throughout the night.
