adding seeds to bread

Before my mum gave me her old bread maker, my OH and I used to love bread with seeds in and since making our own its something we both miss. So today I went and got some poppy seeds, linseed, and mustard seeds. I put them in a tub to mix and then when making bread this afternoon I threw a few handfuls in. We have just tried and OMG its so yummy.
does anyone else put seeds into their bread? what other seeds to people use?
Found a huge problem with making our bread - its too nice!!! We are now going through a loaf a day - we are still experimenting so having to try a bit as soon as its cooled down a bit! Hopefully this will settle down once we are more used to eating this bread.

I was going to get some sunflower seeds but forgot. After making the loaf this evening I thought it would be nice to add some but OH likes the seeds we have. I might try and get some next week if the budget allows and not tell OH until he is eating it!!!0 -

I love sesame/poppy/chopped sunflower seed with chopped walnuts, very yummy but it does tend to make you eat more bread.I try to use the seeds with wholemeal flour.Debt Free Date:10/09/2007 :j :money:0

I used to work in a Chinese restaurant, occasionally the chef would make bread rolls with Chinese pork cooked inside of them, they were fantastic!0 -
so glad you are using the bread maker I gave you and its going well Sian. With my stomach problem I can't add seeds but we still like the bread I make....a loaf every 2 - 3 days for us.We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0
