Some of the yogurts are on offer too and you can get two 4x120g pot packs ie 8 yogurts for 2.50 to 27 November BUT (and it's a big one), these yogurts which usually boast that they are fat free with no added sugar, contain fructose syrup and/or glucose-fructose syrup plus two artificial sweeteners.

Some of these sweetening chemicals are well over 600 times sweeter than the equivalent amount of sugar. Some of these chemicals eg fructose are known to be chronically toxic (ie over time).

My wife is on Weight Watchers, well she has achieved on it and is now 'maintaining'. We are quite picky with our source of meats, don't want to buy battery chicken etc so ready meals have been a no go area for us. I did buy her the Mediterranean Veg meal some months ago and the verdict was "lush" so il pick up some more while this offer is on I think.
