Hi, hoping someone can help me. Was notified i had won a Raa Raa Noisy Lion plus a family ticket to Chessington World of Adventures. Received the lion just before Xmas, but so far no family ticket. It was definitely an MSE win, but can not find it anywhere

Do you know who you won it from ie which company? Maybe something on a WEM if you still have it?
Have you tried contacting them to say you still havn't recieved the ticket, i normally wait 28 days to recieve something but if it was before Christmas that is extremely poor! The competition organiser might not be aware you havn't recieved it if they have passed your details onto chessington for example to send you tickets. More info would be helpful in order to help you further :-)I smile because I have absolutely no idea what's going on:dance:0 -
was it this? you have thanked Laks for it so assuming you entered, and the date sounds about right..
