Hi

Just a quick one, how long normally do the above take to send out mortgage offer after the valuation has taken place, application submitted on 15 February, was told an application error had occurred (yeh right) and valuation should take place today/tomorrow, do they usually do checks before valuation or after

any help would be appreciateed

cheltenham and gloucester are behind BIG time at the minute, with many complaints already put in. i dont know about the other brokers on here, but the BDM for C&G sent an email around asking us not to contact the branch for a while because the were too busy. they even put their answer machine on!!

all i can say is keep chasing them up, everyday if necessary, they arent the most pro-active of companies!!

Having big problems as well at the moment

I agree, C&G are a nightmare, my case has been in for 5 weeks and nothing yet !
