accepted mortgage :)

just got off the phone with santander after 2 hours going through are application and they have accepted us, all the require now is bank statements to prove income.

is there much that can wrong now as i am still worried

    They've had my documents for 2 weeks and keep asking for more or won't accept what I provided etc etc.... I'm stressing!

    do you bank with them? i do so don't know if thats a benefit or not. i'm debt free with no credt cards/loans/finance ect so dont know what else they could ask me for

    i'm putting down 15% deposit but didnt ask me for proof, suppose they still could.

    im just worried something will crop up and it all fall through

    just in general really, credit is perfect so nothing to creep out from the woodwork. everything just seems to have gone way to smooth so far but maybe i'm just worrying about nothing and all will be fine
