Aegon and Pension issues

I am posting for my father regarding issues regarding a section 32 with Aegon and they are refusing to allow this to take place.

On 4 other occasions they have sent all the paper work and up to date transfer values but all of a sudden now it is going ahead they have said 'No'.

Any advice would be great

Thank you

What is your father trying to do with the money in the section 32? What reason has Aegon given for saying no? Is your father using the services of an IFA?

Section 32 buy out bonds are not like conventional pensions. Often the administration has to be hand calculated. With four requests complied with already, I think it is pretty reasonable to reject a 5th. Especially as you can use the forms sent with the previous packs.

5 requests in a short period for the same thing is pushing it. What do you need transfer forms for anyway?
