Just got off the phone, it appears as if a number of customers have been caught up in a systems problem relating to withdrawals made on Monday 09/04 and Tuesday 10/04.
These missing funds should be in customer's nominated accounts by 3pm today.
I am disappointed that there has been no official communication from the Derbyshire regarding this or a message on their website.
