*** Welcome Finance***
Morning
I took a loan out with Welcome finance back in 2007, The payments were intially around £400! per month (for 4 years). A year on i cudnt repay this amount and re-financed to get my payments down to £200 per month over a six year period. As you imagine ive paid back thousands.
Ive been looking at my contract recently and noticed that when I resigned the new agreement they have left the termination value blank, the termination month and also they have not signed the agreement on their behalf. In previous paperwork too they refer to my old car as an astra when it was a Corsa and they also refer to my new car as a Passat when its a Golf.
I was wondering if anyone knows that these could be loop holes into which i can get the loan wiped out or maybe seen to.
Thanks

Wiped out? No.
Seen to? I'm sure there's specialist sites where you can get people seen to, but this isn't one of them. And I imagine you'll pay thousands for someone good who won't leave a trail.0 -
You originally agreed to pay £19,200 for a CORSA??0

Well that's corporate identity for you.
From the front a Vauxhall astra looks pretty similar to a corsa, and VW are no better.
I struggle to tell the difference between a Polo and a Golf from the front.Space available for rent0 -
