They can, but unless folk take the mick, don't think they do. Heard tell of someone last summer who had them set to zero. I've used more than one of each type myself - maybe two or three - and never had a problem

I'd Say i've used about the same, i think they say it too scare you!

If you do want to use a voucher on more than one occasion then I think the best way to do this is each time you buy something from WHSmith and use a voucher, in the same transaction ask to use your points balance to reduce the amount you have to pay.

That way, you never actually build up a sizeable points balance and so if you're worried they'll take your points off you for voucher abuse, you won't have (m)any points to lose.
