Ideas for birthday (in Belfast)...

Has anyone any ideas for what to do for a 27th birthday, for someone who doesn't drink and wouldn't really be into nightclubs or anything? Was thinking a meal somewhere and then bowling/cinema, but that all seems a bit boring, hehe!
Any other suggestions?

We're going out for hubby's birthday this week, going to Archana (Indian on Dublin Rd) then to the pictures.
How about the Lyric or the Old Museum Arts Center? Perhaps they have something on that you would enjoy? The stupid things you do, you regret... if you have any sense, and if you don't regret them, maybe you're stupid. - Katharine Hepburn0 -
Some of the children's indoor play areas can be hired in the evenings for adults.
The one at Indiana Land, Dundonald, springs to mind. See details at

but others may offer likewise.butterfly )i(0 -

When is the birthday? How about a boat trip on the Lagan? The boat tours are available for private booking and should be starting up about now.

Might be a chilly night but could also be very nice if you plan it well.0 -

If youre looking for a meal and cinema, TGI Fridays do a deal. Any of their burger meals, soft drink and your cinema ticket for £13.95. (think it is only mon-thurs)
TGI's are known for getting their staff to sing a birthday song if you let them know. (might be a bit embarressing for a 27yr old, but fun for his mates to watch!)0
