    Well done hun, that's fab about the job (see how far you have come in just a few months!) and well done for being sensible about the income.

    I would buy storecupboard things that go up but don't go off. Like pasta (Tesco's value was mega cheap a few weeks back). If you have a big freezer then butter and cheese are good for that, plus any really good offers).

    If there's any furniture you need maybe buy that too (second hand but better quality), or homewares, kitchen gadgets like a slowcooker.

    If you can put money towards paying car insurance in advance that saves you money on interest and is one less bill each month.

    Job is only temp as place well be closed in few month to year! so if i am really really lucky i can maybe stay to the bitter end lol

    ref tax.... who i call? what do i say? (sorry but no clue been lucky so far that all jobs in past i never had any problems with tax.)

    pay day is on fri & hubby on monday next week so it be 1st time we both have money in the account and i can proudly say i helped with bills!!

    i have action plan for next month with savings & shopping!

    i plan stock up in tins, pasta, offers in lidl & yellow stickers in asda:) i have an busy weekend ahead & i have choose an savings account & open one up & put wee bit of cash in it!! (very excited, how sad is that??!! lol)

    my hubby got me as gift for our 3month wedding anniversay an coke cola savings tin (from poundland) i love it so spare change will start to go into it! i dread the day i'll have to take the canopener to it!! :(
    marriage is finding that one special person that you can annoy for the rest of your life:)
