jobseekers question

My son has been asked to go back with an agency for some temp. work he is working 4pm to 10pm just for a couple of days.
Would he have to tell the jobcentre? He is 19 and still actively seeking work throughout the day.

Once he has completed 16 hours in the week he has to sign off. As soon as he finishes his last shift he can sign back on by doing a rapid reclaim. If he doesn't work 16 hours or more in a week then he can notify the jobcentre the next time he signs on and if he brings his payslip with him they'll adjust his JSA.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

If hes working over 16 hours in 1 week he'll have to sign off for that week and do a rapid reclaim when the next if theres no work.
If its under 16 hours he has to tell the job centre and they'll give him a form (A B7 I think) to fill out when he next goes in to sign with his hours worked and and when and what he expects to get paid. His JS payment will be adjusted accordingly (First £5 disregarded then £1 for £1)0
