Last summer Daisy joined the Three Hungry Boys on their renewable energy adventure around Devon and Cornwall.

Despite her eccentricities the boys soon fell in
love with her and that's why they now want to
see her go to a good home. If you think that's
you, then let us know what kind of life Daisy
would be living in your care.

The most imaginative, or worthy,
suggestion received before the
Fund closes will win Daisy.
And there will also be
runners up prizes of
River Cottage goodies.

20. Daisy Competition

a. The competition is open to all energyshare users who place a comment on the competition page (which can be accessed here: https://www.energyshare.com/win-daisy) as to how they would use Daisy if they were given her.

b. Comments must be placed on the competition page between 11th April and 11th May 2012 in order to be eligible.

c. Postal applications can also be made by sending to Rowan Darby, KEO films, Unit 17 St Michaels Trading Estate, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3RR. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are not received. Entries must be received in the same timeframe as clause b in order to be eligible. If a Winner is from a postal entry, their entry application will be published on the site and in the promoter’s communications.

d. The Winner will be decided by the Three Hungry Boys based on who they think can utilize Daisy to the best community benefit. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

e. The promoter reserves the right to take down any comments that are not in the spirit of the competition with no further notice.

f. The Winner will be notified by email by no later than 31st May 2012 although the Winner may be contacted earlier. An announcement of the Winner will also be made on the site and in the promoter’s communications.

g. The Winner must reply to the email notification and make arrangements for the delivery of Daisy within 14 days in order to claim her. The promoter reserves the right to award Daisy to another user if arrangements for her delivery are not made within this time.

h. The promoter will pay for the costs of delivering Daisy to the Winner but upon delivery all costs for Daisy thereafter will become entirely the Winner’s responsibility.

i. The promoter will endeavor to deliver Daisy as soon as practicable but cannot guarantee a timeframe. Whilst the promoter will endeavor to make the delivery arrangements as convenient as possible for the

Winner, the Winner may have to choose between limited dates and times.

j. The promoter cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by a user in participating in the vote or as a result of accepting any prize.

k. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winners’ names, their photographs and audio and/ or visual recordings of them in any publicity.

l. All users will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions by participating in the vote.

m. The site’s general terms and conditions and privacy policy equally apply.
