dell quidco cashback

hi i have recently on the purchaesd a dell computer but quidco has only tracked 4.5% and not my "£25 bonus exclussive to quidco". can some one let me know if this is normal? and what should i do? ....i have looked in to filling a "Missing or Incorrect Earnings" but i find this confussing and dont no how i should will in the form.

mine only tracked the 4.5% but it does say the extra will be included at end of month - wait until end of April then file a missing earnings report


from the site -

"Until March 10 get an additional £10 off £100 ex-VAT/Delivery and £25 off £400 ex-VAT/Delivery when you buy through Quidco! This amount will be added to your Quidco account at the end of month. "

i bought through quidco, but it nothing is detailed in my it take? My quidco e-mail address is different from the e-mail address i have registered with my dell account, does that matter? thx

there is a thread for Quidco on the refers board - try asking on there - Im sure someone will help you - I did think they had to be the same but Im no quidco expert.

i spent over £500 on a dell desktop on 2nd march, went through quidco for 4.5% plus the £25 cashback for spending over £400 before vat

none of it has tracked. i have done a missing earnings enquiry and entered the amount spent before vat but its only showing the 4.5% cashback of £20.

any ideas how i do an enquiry about the £25 cashback aswell?

The £10 extra cashback has now appeared as added on my Quidco account
