£50,000 loan to get on the market ...
Hello everyone,
Need a little advice here! I've found what I believe is a really good way to get onto the housing market (im 23 and living at home!). The problem is I need a 50,000 loan (I can't get a morgage for the purpose i need). Ive been told i need a commerical loan over 10 years (although I will pay it back in full over 5 max).
Wheres the best places too look for such a loan?
Cheers

I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

Is it possible to get an unsecured £50,000 loan? I would doubt it (too much risk involved for the lender). I would say you have to get a mortgage - are mum and dad helpful enough to got one for you?
EDIT: what is your really good way to get on the housing market?I'm married now! Yippee!0 -
