Just got a letter from A&L offering £100. The original charge when I took the mortgage in dec 2000 was £75 I was charged £295 on leaving in dec 2004 - what do I do now? Has anybody had any luck with them? Have there been any developments yesterday (28th Feb)?

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
