Want to buy a new house, need to increase mortgage

Are there any brokers out there who could help me secure mortgage - fed up with waiting for mine to call me back - he out and I need to put the deposit on today. Just need to know if its feasible.

    I suppose it will all depend on the figures involved as to whether you will be able to get a mortgage
