COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

AMERICAN PIE: REUNION COMPETITION

1. These general gaming conditions apply to the promotion of "Win An American Reunion Spring Break Experience" ("Promotion"), organised by Kepak Convenience Foods UK, St George's Park, Kirkham, PR4 2DZ. Head office: Unit 3 Block 10, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland ("Kepak") as promoter, promoting Rustlers.

2. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Belgium, aged 16 and over on or before date of entry. Proof of age may be required. One winner of the prize will be picked randomly from entrants.

3. Kepak's decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. The Promotion excludes employees, and their immediate relatives, of Kepak and/or NBC Universal (“Universal”) or their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

5. Entry in the Promotion is possible from on 28.03.2012. Closing date for entries is on 15.06.2012.

You will then be taken to an entry page where you will be asked to complete your details, including full name, address, telephone number and email address. You must then press 'submit' and you will be entered into the Promotion. Incomplete entries or entries which Kepak deems to not be in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. Only one entry per household.

7. Neither Kepak nor any of its agencies can be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems that may result in an entry not being registered.

8. The personal details of entrants will be used solely for the distribution of the prize, unless the entrant has given Kepak and/or its partner, Universal, permission to contact them in the future, or the entrant has 'liked' the Rustlers Facebook page. You can check and modify your details held by Kepak by sending an email to the following address: info@rustlersonline.com. Participation is free of charge. No communication costs are charged (except the normal costs to access the website on the internet, to be borne by every entrant).

9. The following is the full description of the holiday prize package for the American Reunion Competition, to be included in the Conditions of Entry provided to consumers – subject to any additions/amendments required under local law.

(9.0) Prize Description: Prize consists of one (1) round-trip holiday for four (4) persons to Cancun, Mexico, as follows: Winners must travel between end of February 2013 to end of March 2013 IF THEY WANT TO ATTEND THE OFFICIAL SPRING BREAK ACTIVITIES.

Flights: (9.1) Flights for four adults (4 adults) from the winner’s Capital City airport to Cancun, Mexico. (9.2) Winner and guests must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. (9.3) Winner is responsible for ensuring that all those travelling have valid passports and applicable Visas.

Accommodation: (9.4) Hotel accommodation at Oasis Cancun Hotel: 1 quad guestroom if available (2 twin rooms as an alternative) with breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic drinks and soft drinks complimentary throughout the winners’ stay. This is a fully-inclusive hotel with all meals and drinks included. (9.5) At least one of the adults must be 18 years old and legal drinking age in Cancun Mexico is 18 years. (9.6) Clubs require entrants to be 18 years. (9.7) Hotel accommodation does not include incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. (9.8) A credit card or cash deposit for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in or require a cash deposit.

Other inclusions: The prize package also includes: (9.9) Ground transfers from Cancun Airport to and from Oasis Cancun Hotel. (9.10) 4 x Party Passes good for entry and cover charge to the specific clubs: Dayglow at The City, Hot Tub Party at Bulldog, Sweet and Sexy Party @ Sweet Club, Mandala Red Carpet Party and Celebrity Party at Daddy O. (9.11) Entry and Cover charge included to specific named clubs but does not include free drinks at the clubs. (9.12) Basic travel insurance for 4 people (policy does not cover pre-existing medical conditions).

Exclusions: (9.13) Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded. In particular (but without limitation), the prize does not include: expenses including drinks in clubs but does include premium brand drinks – alcoholic and soft drinks, juices, etc. at the hotel, and the holiday does not include any other transfer costs other than those stated, ancillary costs and spending monies other than that included.

Other conditions: (9.14) All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part). (9.15) Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability. (9.15) If winner is unable to fulfil prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

DJ Promotions handles the complete fulfilment of the grand-prize holiday including all travel arrangements on the winners’ behalf. There is no cash alternative. unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable). Travel is available up to the end of August 2012 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.

10. The prize does not consist of anything other than is expressly set out in term 9 above.

11. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Kepak reserves the right to provide alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value. Prize contents are subject to availability and all prizes are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the supplier or manufacturer.

12. After / on 18.06.12, the winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries to the Promotion, under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 28 days of the prize draw. Upon notification, arrangements will be made for the distribution of the prize. Should Kepak be unable (for any reason) to contact the winner within 5 days of being selected, Kepak reserves the right to select an alternative winner who shall be selected at random from all of the entries received.

13. The winner's abbreviated name and city will be made available after 18.06.12 for a period of 30 days, to those making a request for the same by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope to Kepak Convenience Foods, The Snackhouse, St Georges Park, Kirkham, Preston, PR4 2DZ.

14. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation use of the entrant's name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant, biographical information provided by the entrants and/or any statement made by them concerning the Promotion and/or the prize. Entrants agree that any or all such elements may be used by Kepak in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as Kepak in its sole discretion sees fit.

15. Tax on games of chance in relation to the Promotion will be borne by Kepak.

16. Kepak reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that it has reasonable grounds for believing that the selected winner has contravened any of these Terms. Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner.

17. Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to the winner under these terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including without limitation delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood and natural catastrophes. Without prejudice to the foregoing, neither Kepak nor Warner shall be liable for damage of any nature suffered from (or in connection with) participating in the Promotion and/or prize, to the extent permitted by law.

19. All communications, questions or complaints relating to the Promotion should be made via Kepak's customer services department through the "contact us" facility offered on the website https://www.rustlersonline.com or by emailing info@rustlersonline.com. Complaints about the Promotion can also be addressed in writing to your local regulatory body. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants' rights and remedies in relation to the Promotion lie solely against Kepak, and entrants shall have no right to bring any complaints or claims directly against Warner Brothers Interactive.

20. Kepak reserves the right to change these general gaming conditions at any time upon notice. Under these circumstances an updated version of the terms and conditions will be published on the Website as soon as possible.
