do any charity shops in Belfast collect furniture at the weekends .
I dont want to have to take the day off

    I think N.I. Hospice Shops collect at the weekend. Contact them on 02890 241549.

    sorry folks neither collect at the weekends and I dont want to have to take a day off work .Any other suggestions

    I know the Foyle Hospice charity shop will do collections evenings or weekends, but I think it's only local North West collections.

    Have you tried SVP or the Salvation Army, I know both will take furniture to either sell or rehouse it for you, or you could try any of your local churches, they tend to have groups that rehouse furniture to the needy.

    As Stevey said SVP is a good bet. I'm almost 100% if you call the antrim road shop they offer weekend collection.

    The ASSISI Animal Sanctuary have a shop in Ballymena,they will collect anywhere in the province but they may ask you for a few quid towards fuel costs tho,which I think is quite reasonable as they are a good charity.
