I'm looking for a recipe for sweet garlic pickle with nigella seeds. I can't find anything anywhere apart from to buy a jar!

    Sorry, can't help you with a recipe. But you might have more luck if you widen your search to the many other names of the Nigella seed. Some of the most common are ;
    black cumin
    Black caraway
    fennel flower

    Here are two recipes for garlic pickles, neither with nigella seeds I'm afraid but they do use cumin and coriander seeds so maybe you could substitute?

    Green Garlic Pickle - I'm assuming the kind of taste you want is Indian?
