I am taking my gf away a month from today for 2 or 3 nights from the 2nd of april and i dont know which one to do:
London Hotel stay taking her to the theatre one night to see Lion King or Marry Poppings as we have stayed in london loads of times but never been to the theatre together then we can do the usual shopping and looking around etc...
or
Taking her away to a hotel for few nights to have a spa break relax have a treatment swim etc...
Which one should i do my budget is between £200 and 300 any advice or help with places would be great thanks

I would take her to the Theatre - You could be the bestest boyf ever and take her to see Dirty Dancing.
If you fancy a treat my hubby took me to the IVY. We ate 5pm-7pm - This is a bit easier to get a reservation. Cost us £90 for 2 courses and a bottle of wine. Mmmm x

Love alison x:heart2:Mum to my little Daisy 3 and Archie 1.:heart2:0 -
Both lovely ideas and you know her preferences better than us, but i would go with the theatre thing. pampering in a spa can be done alone or with girlfriends, I'd be impressed with a london trip and theatre, I wouldn't even be bothered about the shopping, there is loads else to do in london......0

Recommendation for a spa stay - Whittlebury Hall in Northants is wonderful! great spa facilities, wonderful surroundings, excellent food! And best of all they have a special offer on at the mo - £160 per night for dinner, bed & breakfast, and full use of the spa and their 'heat and ice' experience... that's the price per room per night (so for two people) and they have a great range of treatments available (cost extra) if you really want a good pampering!

P.s. this is the direct link for the offer if anyone is interested (it is FAB!)

It's £130 for the dinner, bed and breakfast package, plus an extra £30 to upgrade to the heat and ice facilities (definitely worth it)0 -

I'm looking for something very similar but further north.
My wife and I are at a christening in London, and would like a deal like this on our way back home to Glasgow.
The above looked perfect, but doesn't really split the journey as well as I'd like. We were thinking Yorkshire, Lancashire, and maybe the Lake District.0 -
I would ask her mum or BF - they'll probably know
Or you could ask her straight out, I know I'd prefer that myself rather than DH blowing a lot of money on something I wouldn't enjoy. For me, I'd take the meal at the Ivy over the show or the spa any day, but that's personal preference for you.
Or you could just try to get her talking (again maybe with help from mum or BF) about something she'd love to do. Good luck, it's lovely you want to do this for her.0
