Also, Mr Abel of Abel and Cole has written a fab book full of veg box recipes- ca't remember what it's called but it'll be on Amazon etc. It's not v MSE to go and buy a pricey cookbook I know-- but I bought it for OH for Christmas and we've used it loads!0 -
I recently had fennel at a friends house it was roasted and had some grated parmesan on it (i buy blocks of this grate with a peeler and freeze) we had it with a simple piece of baked fish. It was really divine, I would never have chosen it in a restaurant but now i've tried it I think its a delicious dish!0
