    Just a heads up!

Lilacs appear to work without spending the minimum amount, I accidentally purchased £27 worth of shopping because an item was discounted, and although the QK was rejected, the lilac went through!

When you go to use the clothing vouchers.. what happens if the clothing is reduced? Is the reduced price the one you go by if you are trying to make it up to £60?

For anyone wanting blue clothing vouchers they seem to be quite cheap on e-bay.

I have bought some before & was just looking now - prices seem quite reasonable.

I went with OH to do a clothes shop today to use up some vouchers.

We bought £64.50 worth of clothes, £25.50 worth of childrens clothes, and £39.00 worth of Ladies clothes.

I found myself a scan happy chappie on the tills who tried everything I gave him.

    He scanned (and were accepted):

    1 * £10 off £50 blue
    2 * £6 off £30 QK
    2 * £6 off £30 lilac
    1 * £6 off £30 blue womensware
    1 * £4 off £40 spend in tesco homeplus store - this wasn't a homeplus store.
    And finally:
1 * £6 off £30 blue mensware - I bought nothing at all that would class as mensware and just left it in the pile to see what happened!!

He also scanned (but were rejected)

    1 * £4 off £20 blue childs clothes
1 * £6 QK that I'd accidentally left in the pile, so no surprise that it failed!

He told me to go to CS to query the £4 childs clothes voucher, but I would have had to have shown them a receipt for nearly £70 where I'd only actually paid £15 odd anyway, so I'll keep that particular life for later, thanks.

I have no idea why the mensware scanned, or the childs didn't, but it's worth knowing.

A couple of other points - my OH bought two F&F Florence with Lycra tops (with a sticker saying "hidden support" on them) marked as £5 each. They came up with a multibuy discount of 2 for £8 which I don't recall seeing advertised.

Secondly, at the tills, at the end of the bit where your shopping slopes down to, they had the Homeplus A5ish booklets, with the £4 off £40 spend "at Tesco Homeplus" - they have "Tesco Homeplus" across the top (with "Tesco Home" in green and "Plus" in blue) and a brown leather chair with two cushions on the front, with the words "For a stylish spring" at the bottom.

These scanned at that store, which wasn't a homeplus.

My OH is well pleased with the clothes for £15 - she's getting a bit miffed with the Radox.....
