Be aware - There are some threads on here from after Christmas, alot of people had problems with items not in stock, late delivery, useless customer service and really late refunds.
However i placed a few orders and got some fabulous bargains, the item quality was brilliant for the price and I eventually got the undelivered stuff refunded.
Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

  • I was one of the unlucky ones, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the order in which they fulfil orders so the majority of the first orders placed were the ones cancelled. You were not aware they were cancelled though until you were credited a random amount.
    I ended up paying 15p for a flag with £3.95 p & p which after a struggle was refunded.
I think I will give this one a miss, I'm not convinced they even have the stock in place.

I too had my fingers burnt before by Muddy Puddles but I did get it sorted in the end and have ordered since with no problems.

Thanks for reminding me - I can go and chase that refund that never arrived and I then forgot about! They still owe me £9, but the things I did get were lovely.

Popped on here to find a waterproof for my DD1 and found some real bargains in the clearance section, jeans for just £3 down from £20, t-shirts for £2 and an all in one waterproof for £12 down from £40 amongst over things.
    TCB 5.05%
Delivery is £3.95 but well worth it for the savings if you ask me.

I had ordered a few time before christmas and had no probs, after the debarcle of the post christmas sale I contacted them, they explained that there had been change of ownership due to difficulties (hense paypal being suspended), since then ive made 3 orders, all with very quick delivery, TCB tracking with no probs.
The quality of their clothes is lovely, the sizes do come up big though (i have found this anyway).
    Thanks OP.
