well, you will need to apply for a new loan of that order; so any potential lender will see you as having a potential debt of 22,800.
even though you know you intend paying one loan off with the money they don't.
a debt of 22,800 on a salary of only 19k would not be considered sustainable and so you also certainly be rejected.
in any event, 12% apr isn't a bad rate for some-one with your modest earnings and other debts0 -
