    Ignore him. Its the school holidays and he has no one to play with.

    I did have a ball i could play with but somebody nicked it the other day.

    It's naive to think house price rises result from doing nothing.

    It takes intelligent use of Magnolia paint and selective knocking down of walls too. I know coz Krusty & Phwyll told me so.

    Locally 17 properties within quarter mile on rightmove of which 11 are sold.

    We looked at a property at the weekend but decided not to proceed as they already had half a dozen offers above asking price.

    All anecdotal but there are some areas where the housing market is not dead. These are generally not ftb properties so may be the lack of equity/deposit is not a problem for this sector of the market.

    I take no pleasure from anothers distress, they got the price they needed, and I got the price I wanted to pay.

    They were distressed and f e c k l e s s boomers though, this is merely an accurate description.

    Were they, as there seems to be some confusion as to what boomers are?
