Nice CS when I rang, not too pushy. They do ask for current payments so that they can make a comparison, but their prices aren't coming down until April 30th so reasonable to say that you'll be waiting to see how things are when they actually do.0

Ok, I live in rented accommodation at the mo and don't know anything about electricity bills but would love this pack. How can I fake the need for a quote/what details do they ask for?0

On the site it says:
"If you only receive a quote from npower between 31/01/07 and 31/03/07 inclusive you will receive a Comic Relief Brighten Up! box (subject to your instruction) and npower will donate £1 to Comic Relief."
I rang and got a quote, which was very high and asked for one. They sent me the quote letter but no free bulb, even though the lady said that she'll send one out in the post to me!0 -
Hi guys
Just to let you know you do just need to get a quote. Then a letter is sent out to you (not with your quote letter) with a freepost form to complete to say you want the box (its a requirement when sending out EE measures) then the boxes get sent out. A bit long winded but it does happen.Cel

University halls at the moment, lol. So I've no idea about anything as it's all inclusive. Also don't know what details I'd have to give to get a quote.0
