Order comments:
Thank you for placing an order, it has come to our attention that there has has been a mislinking error on Amazon due to a barcode problem. Our items barcode is linking to an incorrect description or product on Amazon who provide all the data once we provide a barcode.
This led to you purchasing an item which we did not intend on advertising. We are going to forward this to Amazon who will rectify their listing however in the mean time, we have cancelled your order to avoid any more delay to you. and the items are stilllllllllll showing as for sale on Amazon........On the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0 -
That's a shame. I've only just spotted this and placed my order that would probably be cancelled. I've paid by gift certificate.0

I haven't received an e-mail to say that it has been cancelled, but I got the dispatch e-mail to say that it had been sent a few days back. Not overly bothered if I get this or not, so long as I get the refund if it doesn't come, but I understand that some people will be very pee'd off at with the way they have handled the orders.
I wonder if it's just a bit of a lottery who gets them sent to them/who gets them cancelled? Bizarre.0 -
I received mine a couple of days ago. I ordered the illuminating one. Seems quite a decent tinted moisturiser.0

I called oneclick pharmacy today.... they have said the products from them are incorrect on amazon and the code amazon has links it up to an entirely different product.... however when i told her my email from oneclick pharmacy showed the same actual items i had ordered she said yes but thats not what shows on our system ... huhhhh ....
stated items still for sale on amazon and also on their own website she stated there was nothing she could so about the items on amazon they had requested they were removed if amazon had not done it that wasnt their issue.... when i advised that others had ordered them since id received the email she got quite short and again said that wasnt their issue..... to be honest am not fussed given the attitude and the conflicting info, she did say to re order from their own website..... i will not be doing so tho.... maybe mine was just a glitch and all others ok dunno..... i wont be ordering anything from them now or in the future tho .On the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0 -
Was close to giving up after reading other messages and it being 'dispatched' last week buuuut, got mine through today, I got -
1 of Stila Sheer Colour Tinted Moisturiser (Medium 02) SPF30 50ml
1 of STILA SHEER COLOUR ILLUMINATED TINTED MOISTURISER - SHADE 2
Thanks OP :beer:0 -
Mine arrived fron OneClick yesterday.
Initially pleased with the product until I read the warning here about expiry date.
Checked my tube and it shows Stila 2006  (not a date of expiry but it does make you wonder how old the product is).0 -
Received mine this morning, quite pee'd off to be honest. It is MUCH darker than it is meant to be, and has started to separate out.
Is it worth messaging them and asking for a refund? I am reluctant to waste more money on sending the item back - I think it's disgusting that they didn't mention on the site that it is a product that is 6 years out of date!0
