You must be 18 years of age or over and resident in Great Britain to take part in our promotions.

Employees of Channel 5 Television Group Limited, Northern & Shell, ITV plc, NetPlay TV and any associated company, their families and anyone connected with NetPlay TV and the scheme, or those ineligible to participate under other clauses in these terms, may not participate in the promotion.

The promotion period is between 14:00 Friday 30th March 2012 and 04:00 Friday 1st June 2012. (“Promotion Period”)

Entrants will be existing followers of the @SuperCasinoCom twitter profile available here https://twitter.com/#!/SuperCasinoCom, or anyone who begins to follow the @SuperCasinoCom profile within the Promotion Period with a unique Twitter account during the Promotion Period.

One entry per person only. NetPlay TV reserve the right to disqualify any person discovered to have set up multiple Twitter profiles for the purpose of securing more than one entry

The prize on offer is a PlayStation Vita WIFI games console.
At the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible followers and will be announced on the SuperCasino twitter feed (“Prize Draw”) on Friday 1st June 2012.

The Winner will be sent a direct message via Twitter on Thursday Friday 1st June 2012 by @SuperCasinoCom. The Winner must claim their Prize by replying to the message within 7 days of this contact or the Prize will be forfeited.

The Winner must then prove themselves to be 18 years of age or over by providing their personal details and agreeing to the age verification process, involving the use of electronic age verification tools provided by NetIDMe Ltd. If the Winner is unable to prove themselves to be 18 years of age or over, or comply with any other applicable terms and conditions then we reserve the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible player drawn at random.

The Prize is non-transferable.

There is no cash alternative to this Prize.
NetPlay TV will make every effort to secure the Prize as described but cannot be held responsible for unavailability of any Prize at the time of Winner confirmation or afterwards. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize in the event that the Prize is unavailable.
We reserve the right to vary any element of the Prize and/or offer an alternative Prize due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with a law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation.

In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Promotion our decision shall be final.

Channel 5, ITV and NetPlay TV reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability to you for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Any changes will be posted in these terms and conditions.
