Jus-rol pastry 50p at Morrisons

Options
Morrisons have Jus-rol pastry blocks, puff and shortcrust, for 50p. These are the frozen ones, and in my local they were in the offers freezer not where they usually are.

The sign says down from £2.49 but that is just a blatant lie, they are usually about £1.20 and the twin packs were £2.49 but they have jumped to £2.80.

No, I asked this morning and it's a national offer. You did look in the freezer, and not the chiller, didn't you?

    Yes.

I stocked up with these when they were better than half price some weeks ago which was a nationwide offer.

Maybe they are discounting stock from the better than half price offer if they didn't sell enough in each store.

I will check again when I go on Friday because Morrisons is usually nationwide offers.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Sainsbury's are also discounting the Jus-rol stuff.
Got 2 packs of vol au vent cases today for 75p per pack (36 cases).
Maybe they are re-sizing the packs, hence the clearance??

I found these yesterday in Cribbs Causeway Bristol and then saw them in my local store at Hartcliffe. Was £2.49, now 50p. These are 500g size packets.

The sign is there in my local but, on the last two visits, there hasn't been a single packet.

Anyone know when the offer ends?

I was in the Haverfordwest branch yesterday and the label said that the offer ended 29/04 (I think).
They had 'all butter puff' and 'all butter shortcrust'. It was in a gold coloured wrapper.

Went to my morris, the SEL shows £2.80 :eek: (Gold packaging and the normal green packaging).

Me took them 2 to the till - asked the checkout grrrr to let me know how much each of them cost.

Since they only have the Gold packaging for shortcrust & not the puff pastry.

Anyway the Gold packaging cost : 50p each :j

    The Green packaging cost £2.80:eek:

The motto is don't trust the SEL:rotfl::rotfl: I told the supervisor yee ain't going to shift them gold packaging is yee SEL still shows £2.80;) when its on offer @ 50p:cool:

I managed to pick up the All Butter Puff & Shortcrust in my local store today. SEL said 50p but askedan assistant to check, they both scanned at 50p.
