By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions are for a prize draw run by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles through their Facebook page. Entries are made by emailing [EMAIL="enquiries@vwcvcommunities.co.uk"]enquiries@vwcvcommunities.co.uk[/EMAIL] and stating what your favourite aspect of the Transporter van is. The prize is a subscription to VW Bus magazine, which consists of 6 issues of the magazine.

1. Entries must be made by sending an email to [EMAIL="enquiries@vwcvcommunities.co.uk"]enquiries@vwcvcommunities.co.uk[/EMAIL] stating your favourite aspect of the Transporter van. Entries must be received by 12:00pm GMT on 12th April 2012
2. Open to all United Kingdom residents over the age of 18 years. Only one entry per household.
3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. There will be 7 winners. Each winner will win: One 12 month subscription to VW Bus magazine worth £21.50. This will consist of 6 issues of the magazine. The winner is also bound by VW Bus magazine’s terms and conditions: http://www.vwbusmagazine.com/terms-conditions
5. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, and shall be notified by email. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. The name of the winners and the prize won will be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter before 15th May 2012
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged during the promotion. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. The Promoter reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion and/or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.

If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing to the Promoter.
19. If there is a conflict in the terms and conditions to this prize draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.
