Healthy Eating Meal Plan and Menu Thread

As Easter draws to a close and the prospect of weigh in tomorrow at Slimming World looms, I am very conscious that I have eaten far too much this week and that I will no doubt be seeing the inevitable result of this on the scales.

Summer is just round the corner (one would hope) and I don't want to find myself with nothing to wear (like last summer!) so its time to shift those pounds!

I know there are various threads devoted to Slimming World/Weight Watchers/weight loss in general but I thought it would be useful to have a devoted thread where we can share menus and plan our meals.

Please feel free to post your menus, daily if it suits, plan your weekly menu in advance or whatever suits you.

Look forward to sharing ideas and menus with you all.

    Weight Loss Record: -

    Week 1.
    10 April 2012
    Maintain!

    PHEW! Must work hard next week and keep better control over my syns.
    Also keep up the walking !

    Week 2
    17 April 2012
    Plus 3.5 :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    The biggest gain I think I have ever had in a week. Gutted and really upset but have no-one to blame but myself :( if one is going to eat all the rubbish I have eaten this week then one must expect the scales to show as such.

    Apparantly Keema just means "minced",so you could adapt any curry recipe into a keema by using minced meat instead of cubed.

    Forgot to say,we have it with rice,not potatoes,and i stick with curry powder not paste(think there would be syns in paste)
