well we can put me down for a (pretty much) nsd. went into warehouse for my bag and couldnt find it, asked the girls in the shop who stuck a £100 in my face and said i'd read the price wrong, i pointed out that it wasn't the bag i'd seen and they said it was the only one close to it they had. said i must have 'been in another shop'. i wasn't, i know what I saw and where i saw it. they made me feel so bloody stupid i walked home close to tears.

picked up a bag for £12.50 in john lewis but i know it's not right and i don't even like it so it's going back tomorrow, i just felt so crap at not getting anything. think i'm going to have to not wear my stunning dress and go with plan b. gutted :(

Hey hey LJ come on.......tomorrow is another day, can you try & find something tomorrow?

And hey, the dress is stunning, you'll be stunning, will it matter if you turn up with your stuff in an ASDA bag?? Like anyone's going to look *that* much at a bag hon when you step in.

As for the beeeatches in Warehouse, awww stuff 'em. They've probably all got bad breath and felt the need to take it out on someone else.

sorry LA, was just another thing to add to the pile and I was feeling a little sorry for myself...promise to make things pick themselves up. I've just given myself a scary drastic makeover and hell last friday I felt a trillion dollars in my black dress so if I have to wear that again it's not a problem :D
  • Hi all

NSD for me today - second one of my Fly Lady DFW challenge. I'm on day 18 and v.proud of my progress so far.

I set myself an 80pounds budget Mon - Sun this week, have so far spent 60.06 (incl. 31.19 on petrol and 12.50 car parking that I've put a claim in for at work) :T

Hoping for at least one more NSD by Sunday.

  • 70p for a paper and 1.46 for lovely crusty bread although I couldn't have too much as I am on 'points' at the moment. £5 for petrol so not too bad. And I had a half day off so sorted out loads of unwanted clothes.

LJ I'm sure you will look great . . . . bags are very overrated you know!!
