we want to buy a property abroad,for about £88, we have paid off all our mortgage on our house,its value is approx £94,
have had a quote from derbyshire building society " for fee free fixed for 3 years "rate 5.30%,for remainder of mortgage 6.75%
will lend us 80% so £75,200.sound fine to us is there a better deal out there?
it is easyer to re-mortgage here that get a spanish mortgage.

I think depending on circumstances, there may well be other options out there for you.

thanks, i will keep looking ,the "no fee's" is quite attractive,as we need funds on top of asking price for the property abroad.
