Do you shop in charity shops? and if yes why?

I shop in CS because I am a shopaholic with a concience.
I look for clothes for my kids,OH,and me.Books ,storytapes,,CDs,interesting bits of tat,stuff,furniture.
Quality, price, well organised stock, friendly staff all help me to spend money.
Mainly buy books,clothes,furniture.
Favourite shop is Emmaus,Waterbech,Cambs.
I do contribute to CS.
I have volunteered in the past, may do again in the future
Monday last: will probably go again this pm.Usually go at least once a week.Try to go to a different area each time.Have been known to make special trips further away with a view to charity shopping.Whenever I go anywhere for any reason eg hols, family excursions, weddings, funerals ,bar mitzvahs etc I always check out the charity shops. What can I say......saddo.
Never go in local Oxfam,as the bits I'm interested in are upstairs. As the prices tend to be a bit steep anyway,I calculate it as a waste of effort!
The Barnardo's in St Ives, discounts clothes if they don't sell, other shops should follow suit..;That way I get an even better bargain !!!!!!;)0 -

Is there anything you feel shops should change, for example lower price of goods, better layout etc. i guess the thing with charity shops is that they have have any continutity with items, or more than one so its hard to display a range of ltos of different products neatly. (you can quote me here) :P
