the free delivery has now expired - it was for the Easter weekend only as I tried myself this morning

The sheets where out of stock, so placed an order for easy wash mattress protecters @ £8 each, order was cancelled next day and recieved email informing me of this the day after. Contacted via email asking to make payment on card, and ask to have order reinstated as could not find the mattress protecters online.
Now have called up to ask the same thing - instead told 'don't know how you managed to order them for £8 each, they are £16 each' Even though it shows on the cancelled order on their end that I had originally placed order for£8 each without codes / vouchers etc. Shame, so decided not to go through with other items on order. Feel let down now : (
