Weight watchers and veggie shopping at lidl and aldi

Been shopping at lidl and aldi to keep costs down, back to weight watchers and struggling to buy ww friendly products. Have reverted back to tesco as i can get low fat stuff but its so expensive. Any low fat ww veggie aldi or lidls suggestions!? Any help

If you have any friends who go to slimming world, ask if you can look at their food directory if they have one. Slimming World, unlike W.W publish their syns for Aldi and Lidl food.

Although S.W and W.W are different systems, it will give you a fairly accurate guide, and less pro-pointing on your mobile whilst shopping.

Lidl does a good range of low fat yoghurts, cottage cheese and mine normally has WW sauces in stock, that along with eating mostly fruit and veg should be enough in it's self to give you plenty of points to get through each day.

I've been on WW since July 2010 and the only ww products I have bought are the yoghurts.

There are plenty of snacks around in the supermarkets. If you see things that are between 95-117 calories like 2 finger Kit Kats, they are 3pp each. Multipack Quavers and French Fries are 2pp each.

My local Aldi was stocking WW curry sauces this week. If you have one try Home Bargains or B&M as they tend to have lots of WW branded stuff. That said I only ever buy the yogurts myself

If you have a Poundland near you, they have loads of Weight Watchers stuff. Also, look in Iceland as well

Ditto, my local Aldi has loads of WeightWatchers products - things like curry sauces and cookie mix!
