My sister has asked for a re-banding and has been turned down because "You did not make your proposal within the statuatory time limits specifiied in the council tax legislation".
I did not know there was a time limit. Several houses close to her are in lower bands. should she appeal and has anybody else had this response from the VOA?
any help appreciated:beer:

You are supposed to do it within 6 months but tell your sister to right back asking for an appeall. That's what we are doing.
