Plumrose risotto!

Years ago - more than I care to remember - I used to love this stuff! It came in a tin and was really tasty. No longer available now but is there anything even vaguely resembling it around?

They have a risotto recipe on the Plumrose website. I'm sure you could adapt it to your own preferences and I bet it tastes nicer freshly cooked then straight out of a can :)

I remember the Plumrose Risotto too! I used to like it but that was before I tasted proper Italian risotto. I used to love their Chopped Ham & Pork as well but bought a tin a few years ago and couldn't stomach it - just the texture of it made me want to gag.
