does anyone know if this is the same group of salons as herbal essence free haircut offer last year? if so my haircut was awful he couldnt even put layers in it and the stylist was rude and just tried to get me to spend £16 on shampoo! so be careful! obviously thats my local branch and i was unlucky many people probably had a lovely time it is pot luck ! it seems you get what you pay for in my free haircut experience!!!!:rotfl:

Sorry if I am being dense but when I click the map I just get a map of the area local to the salon whereas I was kind of expecting a salon name etc. Am I right in assuming that the voucher will come with a list of participating salons?

I think they contact you with your nearest salon, the map is just to check that you won't need to travel miles for the offer

Just applied - wonder if they will respond this time. DId one a while ago with Fellowes and they didn't respond to book as they should have done.
