1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only.
2. The promotion is not open to employees (or members of their families) of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Entry to the competition is made by answering the multiple choice question and submitting your name and a valid email address as requested on the Canderel competition page. No purchase necessary. Only one entry will be allowed per person. Internet access is required to participate in the promotion.
4. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
5. There will be one winner. The winner will be drawn at random and under independent supervision from the list of entries that selected the correct answer to the competition question. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and will be asked to supply delivery address details on notification that they have won the prize. Failure to supply delivery details within 7 days of notification will result in the prize becoming forfeited with no alternative offered and a new winner will be drawn.
6. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
7. The prize comprises of 2 x Adult and 2 x Child one day tickets to the UK Merlin Attraction of choice, a John Lewis Clarissa Hulse Suitcase Picnic Hamper and a Cath Kidston Cheshire Stripe Throw, delivered to the home of the winner by Royal Mail registered post.
8. The UK Merlin attractions available to choose from are; Legoland, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, EDF Energy London Eye, Madame Tussauds, Warwick Castle, UK Sealife Centre and London Dungeons. Individual attractions are subject to terms and conditions. See attraction website for details.
9. There is no cash alternative to the prize. The prize is non-transferable. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with equivalent value.

10. The closing date for entries will be midnight on 30th April 2012.
11. The promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of the prize.
12. The promoter reserves the right to refuse incomplete entries.
13. Images in the promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.
14. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Information and data ‘personal data’, which is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used only by the Promoter, their suppliers and contractors in order to administer the competition unless an entrant agrees to receive further marketing information from Canderel. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
