New kitchen, did to declutter

Hoping to have a new kitchen fitted soon, waiting on installation, plumbing, floor, electric costs.
I seem to have so much stuff, but how much do I really need?
I try to be O/S, and cook from scratch, plus bake.
Need to try and cut down on food stuff and am trying to see what i use week to week. Have a kitchen diner but L shaped kitchen with not many cupboards. Always seems to be full of stuff.
Any ideas on how to start?
Do not have much worksurface but going to have large pan drawers so I can but my slowcooker and bread maker away. Also thinking of putting microwave on a shelf so it's off the worksurface, but need it low so boys aged 10 and 13 can still use it.
Thanks in advance, it's doing my head in! So much to think about.

It might be worth looking at the eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge thread for ideas. Having a new kitchen fitted soon, have so much stuff need to get rid of stuff.
Already got rid of George Forman grill. As hated cleaning it!
I have a microwave, used Dailey for mostly re heating
A 4 slice toaster- we are a family of 4, used a few times a week
A bread maker used once a week for pizza dough
Teal actifry used several times a week
Large slowcooker used 2/3 times a week in winter, less in summer
Should I just pack it all away and only get it out if I really need it?
Having a new induction job, and Bosch single electric oven with multi cook function.
Any ideas?0 -
I wouldn't get rid of anything i would just store it. I have found after many years of trying to keep my kitchen clear, if I get rid of anything I will need it within a month of getting rid of it.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I second BB's suggestion of putting it away and keep your new worktops clear.0

If you're using those items that regularly, you shouldn't get rid of any of them.0
